Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or e-mail proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can e-mail us at thedreamcollectioninfo@gmail.com with your full name and order number, requesting a return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email approving your return. Once approved, all items must be shipped to: Rhonda Nikole 961 Roberts Branch Parkway Suite 106, #213 Columbia, SC 29203. You will be responsible for all shipping fees, plus a 5% restocking fee.

If approved, you’ll automatically receive a store credit gift card via email within 10 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
The Dream Collection diligently inspects all items prior to shipping. Therefore, damaged items are highly unlikely. However, in the event you receive any damaged item(s), please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within three (3) business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as body jewelry/earrings). Due to COVID-19, ALL earring purchases are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
No refunds will be offered. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a store credit gift card via email within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thedreamcollectioninfo@gmail.com.

Please note: We reserve the right to deny any return if the item shows any visibility of being worn or used in any manner.
